Gluten free sauces & toppings …
All of our sauces, cheeses and toppings are gluten free. They may contain traces of wheat flour but there is no gluten in their production.

Risks:
It has come to my attention that there are two types of people interested in gluten free pizza: those with a gluten wheat protein allergy and those with wheat gluten intolerance

Beware: those with an allergy to gluten should probably not even set foot in our shop. We use wheat flour extensively in our make line and there is no way to block it from contaminating other toppings. Any contact with gluten flour can be potentially fatal for those with allergies. Note: Wheat-based pizzas are made in this facility.

Other people have an intolerance to gluten (such as Celiac disease) or may feel avoidance of gluten is beneficial to their overall well being. Excessive gluten amounts may create discomfort for these people. We take precautions and wash anything that comes in contact with our gluten free pizzas. Our gluten free crusts are made from Bittersweet Gluten Free Bakery in Eagan, MN and are sealed in plastic until we use them to make a pizza.

Gluten free pricing …
8 inch personal pizzas have an additional fee of 5.50. 12 inch medium pizzas have an additional fee of 7.50. NEW! We now offer 14" Large for an additional 11.00.

Dough ingredients: white rice flour, brown rice flour, cornstarch, potato starch flour, egg whites, yeast, olive oil, basil, oregano, garlic powder, xanthan gum, sugar, sea salt, psyllium seed powder
